This sacred session offers a deeply immersive experience designed to foster healing, self-awareness, and inner connection in a safe, supportive environment.

What is a Mushroom Meditation Journey?
This guided practice involves the ceremonial use of psilocybin mushrooms, known for their powerful ability to quiet the mind, dissolve emotional blockages, and invite profound personal insights. With eyes closed and supported by soundscapes, breathwork, and grounding rituals, participants are encouraged to surrender to the present moment and journey within.

Benefits May Include:

  • A deeper connection to your inner self and intuition

  • Emotional release and mental clarity

  • A sense of oneness with nature and all beings

  • Enhanced creativity, openness, and gratitude

  • A renewed perspective on life and purpose

This is a completely optional experience. Participants will be briefed beforehand and guided every step of the way with respect, intention, and care.

Please note: participants must be 21+, in good health, and will be required to complete a wellness intake form before joining this journey.

MEET THE TEAM

Island roots. Natural rhythms. A shared vision for reconnection.

This retreat is the creation of two island souls, Yasmine and Stephen, both proudly from Barbados and deeply inspired by the beauty, rhythm, and healing energy of the Caribbean.

Yasmine, an interior designer and devoted mother, has always felt most at peace near the sea and surrounded by nature. Her recent travels to Saint Vincent sparked a powerful reconnection—with herself, with the land, and with a sense of purpose. It was in the lush hills and flowing rivers of this island that a deeper calling emerged: to create a space where others could pause, reflect, and reconnect in a meaningful way.

Stephen shares that love for the earth, spending his time cultivating land in Barbados and exploring ways to restore sustainable growing practices. With strong family ties to Saint Vincent—where his mother is from—he brings local insight and a genuine connection to the culture, people, and hidden gems of the island. His grounded presence and deep respect for nature have been integral to shaping the spirit of this retreat.

Together, Yasmine and Stephen invite you to slow down, take a breath, and experience the Caribbean in its most honest and healing form—through connection, nature, and shared presence.

  • Yasmine Parris

    FOUNDER & HOST

As an interior designer and island soul, I’ve always believed in the power of space—how the right environment can shift your energy, calm your mind, and restore your spirit. This retreat was born from that belief, paired with my deep love for nature, meaningful connection, and the quiet magic of the Caribbean.

I didn’t want this to just be a getaway with friends—I envisioned something more. A space where you can truly slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and the world around you. My hope is that by the end of this experience, you feel peaceful, grounded, and restored—carrying with you a refreshed energy, open heart, and renewed perspective.

This retreat is about good vibes, honest moments, and soul-nourishing company. I can’t wait to welcome you.

  • Stephen Payne

    CO-FOUNDER & NATURE GUIDE

As both a farmer and sailor, my connection to nature is rooted in every aspect of life—from the rich flora and fauna of the land to the rivers and oceans. Throughout my journey of reconnecting to the land, I found that simply dwelling amongst nature brings such a sense of healing and clarity. Through this retreat, our intention is to guide others—our brothers and sisters—back to that same connection. By immersing in meditation, plant medicine, and mindful movement, we hope to inspire a deeper bond with nature, and in turn, with self.

  • Raphael Moennig

    PARTNER & FACILITATOR

Raised in Barbados and shaped by years in Berlin, London, and Milan, I blend island roots with a global perspective. With a background in design, music and community building, my journey turned inward through plant medicine, essential shamanism, and spiritual study.

Now devoted to self-inquiry, nature, and guiding others, I bring a grounded, heart-led presence to The Lotus Path — holding space for transformation, reflection, and connection.
