The Lotus Path Workshops were developed through the study, experimentation and integration of Greek mystery religions, Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism and the Shamanism of Hawaii and Africa. The work focuses on clearing the chakras (emphasizing the Ajna, heart, and solar plexus) by activating the senses through a variety of techniques. Although numerous methods are used, they all have one purpose: to connect to the higher self and work with divine energy.
